The Convicted

A cooperative board game for 1–4 players in which convicted settlers seek redemption by colonizing hostile lands for the king. Players establish a town with a small force and a few structures, then gather resources, research technologies, train recruits, and expand fortifications. Over a 20-turn campaign, waves of barbarians, forest inhabitants, monsters, wolf men, beasts, and war machines attack from changing directions. Players must develop their colony and defend it against the continuous enemy assaults.
