This World War II scenario book covers the fierce battles and eventual collapse of the French Ninth Army during the opening days of the Blitzkrieg in 1940. Scenarios feature French, German, and Belgian forces, including cavalry, engineers, infantry, headquarters units, and vehicles such as the B1 Bis tank. Ten linked scenarios form three campaigns and a grand campaign, covering actions at La Horgne, Montcornet, the Ardennes, Montherme, and the final destruction of the Ninth Army. The 102-page book also includes campaign rules, squad reference sheets, historical notes, maps, a day-by-day combat diary, and orders of battle for the French Ninth Army and German Sixth Panzer Division. Scenarios support 15mm to 28mm individually based figures and can be used with several miniatures rules systems.
