The Grand Mêlée (HERO)

A medieval tournament provides the setting for a Fantasy Hero adventure, bringing nobles, knights, merchants, and spectators together for a week or more of martial contests, ceremony, and spectacle. The scenario can focus on the tournament itself or on the intrigue and action surrounding it, allowing characters to become involved even if they do not compete. Detailed rules and events support jousting, melee, and other tournament activities, along with encounters beyond the lists.
