The Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game: The Scouring of the Shire

Gameplay uses the Strategy Battle Game mechanics for movement, shooting, and close combat, with scenario-driven objectives and campaign rules for recruiting, experience, and campaign events that reflect the changing state of the Shire. Includes army lists, scenario suggestions, and rules for representing the unique, low-scale conflicts and characters of this period.
