The Premature Burial

In Baldur’s Gate in 1492 DR, a secretive cult in the slums prepares a magical plague aimed at the city’s ruling patriars, whom it blames for years of oppression and violence. Players take the roles of characters drawn into the cult’s plans, investigating social conflicts, personal vendettas, and dangerous conspiracies. Their choices force them to weigh difficult moral consequences as they decide whether to stop the plague or allow the city’s existing order to be overturned.
