Fishing Grounds replace some sea tiles and provide Fish Tiles instead of resource cards. During a turn, players can spend fish to move the robber to the desert, steal or gain resources, build a road, or take a development card. Players may also catch an old shoe, which increases their victory-point requirement by one. The shoe can be passed to another player with at least as many points.
