The Succession Wars

Grand strategic game set in the BattleTech universe, covering the wars between the five Successor States of the Inner Sphere. Players manage a House by taxing territories, spending money, developing technology, and directing famous regiments and leaders. Military campaigns involve weighing territorial gains against losses of 'Mechs, with characters serving in multiple roles. Two scenarios are included, beginning in 3025 and 2786; all five Houses remain in play, with some players controlling more than one House in games with fewer than five players.
