The Vortex of Madness and Other Planar Perils

This high-level fantasy adventure collection takes campaigns beyond the Prime Material Plane to five planar locations: a reality-warping site in Limbo, a githyanki fortress in the Astral Plane, a demiplane ruled by a renegade wizard, the prison of the Titans in Tarterus, and a city on the Plane of Water. Each location presents its own dangers, mysteries, and encounters for a single expedition or an ongoing planar campaign. An optional storyline links the five sites, allowing them to be used as part of a larger adventure across the Inner and Outer Planes.
