The War of the Worlds: USA – East Coast

A solitaire board wargame casts players as the human forces defending the United States against an invasion of Martian Tripods. Players plan and conduct military operations while the game system controls the Martians. The United States begins with a small army but gains production bonuses that allow its forces to expand during the game. Martian Waves consist of five Tripods, which move less frequently across the larger map. Human units require Production Points to move during the Production step, creating a slower conflict between increasingly large forces.
