A fast, narrative-driven superhero roleplaying game about people facing terminal illness while using a dangerous drug to gain superhuman abilities. The Elixir offers a chance to experience life and take action during a character’s final days, though it may be as lethal as the illness itself. Characters are defined by Physical, Mental, and Social attributes, along with Regret and Vice. Simple mechanics support quick action and shared storytelling, with players shaping both their characters and the direction of each scene.
