Thunderstone Advance: Root of Corruption

Players take on adventurers racing to stop a spreading corruption that threatens a besieged capital. The scenario blends dungeon-crawling deckbuilding with village encounters as players hire heroes, defeat monsters, and gather Thunderstones to thwart Doom’s plans. The set introduces cooperative play: players can work together to defend the city from an external siege while also cleansing internal corruption. New hero classes, monster groups, village cards, summoning threats, and a modular poster map expand options for both competitive and cooperative sessions, and updated ambusher cards increase encounter clarity.
