Tribes: The Gathering of Elders Mini-Expansion

At a sacred gathering place, tribal elders meet and provide additional action options. A double-sided card adds spaces for placing tribesmen; one side shows the rules, while the other holds the placement spaces. Tribesmen placed here remain permanently, with no more than one tribesman from each tribe on a space. Waiting increases the benefit of certain spaces, but placements must remain balanced so that no space has two more tribesmen than another.
