Tyrants of Rome

In the declining Roman Empire, 2–6 players compete for supreme authority by building factions of powerful or cunning leaders from five regional nationalities. Players use Legions, barbarians, bribes, assassins, and the gods’ whims to weaken opponents or strengthen their own position. A Leader deck and a large Action deck provide options for conflict and shifting alliances throughout the game.
