A simulation of the Soviet summer offensive across the Ukraine to the Dnieper River in 1943. Players command Soviet fronts and tank armies or German panzer and panzergrenadier formations on a hex map, moving units, resolving combat, and exploiting breakthroughs in a move‑fight‑exploit sequence. The game models Soviet massed artillery, tank army spearheads, German tactical proficiency and armored counterattacks, air power, and unique leader capabilities for Zhukov and Manstein. Zones of Control bond enemy units and operational tempo is driven by multi‑step divisions, reinforcements, and scenario‑based setups over five‑day turns.
