Unconditional Surrender! World War 2 in Europe

A strategic-level simulation of the European theater during World War II in which players take political control of the three major factions and direct their military forces. Gameplay emphasizes operational decision-making and force projection: units move and fight using an integrated movement/combat activation, with monthly turns and army/fleet/air wing units on a 30–40 mile per hex map. Economic strength, national will, and historical orders of battle are tracked with a “use it or lose it” resource system, while events such as partisans, ULTRA, air drops, jets, and naval evacuations are represented through simple, unified mechanics. Scenarios range from short campaigns to full-war plays, with low on-map counter density and rules that support variable politics, solitaire play, and PBEM.

Wargame estratégico con alto nivel de detalle. Especialmente en el aspecto aero-naval (por ser un juego del teatro europeo) El juego exige gastar suministro para activar unidades y las tropas pueden atacar y moverse repetidas veces durante su activación. De sensaciones funciona bien aunque tiene aspectos un poco libres en cuanto a la simulación.
