Aspiring super villains and their gangs of henchmen compete to be the first to complete three evil plans and defeat Fantastiman. Players build their teams by hiring minions, developing their strength, charisma, and intelligence, and acquiring abilities, alter egos, and equipment. Each turn, players earn money, recruit team members, improve their stats, commit crimes, or complete objectives. The final plan requires the team to overcome random challenges and face Fantastiman directly, while additional fights and special abilities create conflict between players.
