Witchburner

A novella-length, system-neutral RPG adventure about witch hunting in a small town surrounded by rivers, mountains, and forests during a cold, wet October. Players investigate the townspeople, uncover secrets, manage fear, alcohol, love, time, and the growing mob, and confront strange witchcraft-related phenomena. The adventure includes a town map, guidance for running the social investigation, adaptable OSR statistics, random encounters, and rules for torture. A day-by-day breakdown covers the full 30-day month, with detailed information on key townspeople, their homes, treasures, household members, and hidden lore.
