This campaign supplement details a port city that serves as a trading post, citadel, shipyard, refuge from tyranny, and haven for smugglers in the Kingdoms of Kalamar setting. The book provides special weapons, magic items, clothing, ships, dozens of NPCs, stock characters, and tools for Game Masters.
