Zombie State: Diplomacy of the Dead

The dead walk. Lead a group of nations as the MV1 virus spreads, draining population and resources while outbreaks grow. Develop technologies, build and deploy military forces, and combine scientific, medical, and strategic solutions to contain or eliminate the threat. If leadership fails, the population joins the walking dead.
