When a Zombie Horde lands on a Building space place that Building's Overrun Building Tile and leave the Horde there; if all 4 Buildings are overrun you lose the game (page 5).

On your turn you may perform up to 2 actions (Move, Attack, or Transfer) in any order, including doing the same action twice, or you may do only 1 or none (page 5).

You may attack and remove a Zombie Horde from the space, but Overrun Building Tiles cannot be removed by attacks (page 5).

A Transfer moves a Crate between Heroes in adjacent spaces and must involve another Hero (you cannot transfer on your own); in a 2‑player game the neutral Hero in the School counts as a recipient but cannot act (pages 5 and 4).

When a Horde lands on or must advance from an Overrun Building it immediately bounces clockwise to the next Building without an Overrun Tile and you place a tile only on the Building where it finally stops, not on each building it passed (pages 5 and 6).

If the White Die shows “?” draw the top Event Card and apply it; cards with the Trash symbol are discarded permanently, and when the draw pile is empty reshuffle the discard pile after removing Trash cards (pages 5 and 4).
