Advanced Arcana Volume VIII

A rules supplement for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game that offers alternatives to all-or-nothing spell effects. It introduces more than 200 spells, including challenging spells that require the caster to complete tasks before casting, mental hit point spells for resolving mind-affecting effects, and soluble spells with hit points that can be weakened or ended through interaction. The supplement also includes additional spells, feats, archetypes, and guidance for incorporating these mechanics into a campaign.
