A sourcebook of ready-to-use non-player characters for Traveller science-fiction roleplaying campaigns. It includes allies, contacts, enemies, rivals, patrons, and random encounters, along with six fully detailed individuals featuring skills, life events, mishaps, and backgrounds. The book also presents a Psionic Tactical Team, three complete starship crews, a 37-member Marine platoon, and 48 lightly detailed combat characters. These characters and groups support encounters, campaign backgrounds, trade and exploration missions, mercenary operations, and generic firefights.
