Players begin with a central hotspot and expand a personal reef by drafting and placing coral tiles from a market over 17 rounds. Coral types form habitats for small marine animals, and creating specific patterns of biodiversity allows players to attract progressively larger sea creatures. On a turn, a player takes a new tile and attaches it to their reef, then resolves any animal attraction triggered by the resulting arrangements. Scoring combines the value of coral formations and the number and size of animals attracted; the highest total wins. The game emphasizes spatial planning and pattern recognition within a marine ecosystem theme.
