Character Background Careers

A collection of character background packages for fantasy roleplaying games, covering a character’s life before becoming an adventurer. The backgrounds include starting equipment, secondary skills, and suggested advantages for first-level characters, with options suitable for any class. The guide details existing and new secondary skills, offers advice for portraying low attributes, flaws, and loss of sanity, and explains how to create custom backgrounds. Forty-six ready-made careers provide options ranging from farming and magical apprenticeships to temple service and other prior professions.
