Characters By Level

A design aid for creating 4th Edition characters at levels above 1. It provides templates for statistics that change as characters gain levels and handles much of the required calculation. Players and Game Masters can use the appropriate template to build a character at the desired level, while still following the standard rules for ability scores, race, and class features.
