Dice Theme Park: Medic Administrator Promo Card

Adds a medic administrator figure that affects departing visitors. When a colored die would leave a player’s park, the medic returns that die to the park entrance showing a face value of 4. Includes compatibility notes for use with the base park game and the hospital promo pack; players integrate the medic into their existing administrator setup and resolve its effect during the normal dice departure step.
