Dumb Ways to Die

Players each control a small group of Beans whose survival depends on a shared deck of cards and an action die. On a turn, the die dictates how many actions to take; actions are either drawing from the deck or playing a card from hand and resolving its effects. Cards trigger attacks, hand swaps, forced draws, peeks, and other interactions that can kill Beans or shift danger onto opponents. Some draw cards cause instant death unless a player defends by playing a matching accident card icon. When a player loses all three Beans they are eliminated; play continues until a single player still has Beans.
