A car burns in an abandoned parking lot near an old railway station, revealing a monstrous body in the wreckage. The discovery may be connected to a series of missing young girls and begins an investigation into a serial killer. This system-agnostic investigative scenario supports realistic crime drama, urban fantasy, or horror. It provides the killer’s background, crime scenes, laboratory and autopsy results, a perpetrator profile, key characters and locations, and guidance for the Game Master. An optional supernatural module adds horror elements, and the self-contained case can be played over one or several sessions by agents, detectives, journalists, or other investigators.
