First Contact: The Second Coming
Angelic visitors arrive in medieval Europe, where kings and church leaders welcome them as envoys from paradise. The visitors want humans to join them among the stars, but neither side understands the other’s language. Players are divided into humans and aliens. Humans use cards showing medieval objects to discover which symbols the aliens use for different words. Aliens then give symbolic clues to direct humans toward selected ships, while the others predict where those humans may go by mistake. The game continues until all human representatives have boarded ships. Aliens score for collecting humans, while humans score for sending people into space and deciphering words linked to their secret goals.
