Hippocrates
Players take the role of physicians on Kos in 370 BCE who run a growing temple-hospital after the founder’s death. Across four rounds, each split into five phases, players admit patients, pay and recruit doctors, acquire medicine kits, arrange treatments by matching doctors to patients, and score reputation and victory points. Gameplay mixes auction-style selection, resource management, and tile-placement/puzzle elements as players optimize which patients to treat, staff to keep, and supplies to buy to increase their reputation and attract more patients.
