Winter 1926. The player takes the role of an investigator drawn into the death of a scholarly relative and into a global trail of clues, cult activity and uncanny artifacts. Play focuses on gathering evidence, interrogating witnesses, decoding documents and confronting secret rites while managing personal sanity and physical risk. Gameplay combines investigative problem-solving with resource and risk management as mental stability can degrade when confronting cosmic horrors.
