Merlin: Queenie 2 – The King's Decree

Players vie for influence across six principalities by placing henchmen and choosing between local actions or new decrees offered in each region. Instead of using the principality's action, a player may take a decree that grants building materials, shields, or flags not tied to that principality, or awards immediate victory points. Collected decrees can be traded in as sets for special effects—manipulating dice, gathering targeted resources, or claiming additional victory points. Gameplay focuses on engine building and resource management while timing decree collection and redemption to maximize scoring.
