Metro

Players place square tiles on a grid to build continuous rail lines from trains positioned around the edge toward stations on the board. When a placement connects a train to a station, that train is removed and the active player scores one point per tile the route crosses, with center-city stations worth double; tiles can score multiple times when routes loop. Tiles may be placed anywhere on the open grid as long as track edges align with adjacent tiles, and the design ensures every train can eventually reach an empty destination station rather than another train.

Bought the new edition with the expansion modules. Smaller box, better readability. I'm using the wooden wagons from Cable Car. Not an outstanding game, but it's fun and relaxing every now and then.

Very easy to play, very easy to teach.
