Mysterious Vista: Gargoyle Stalk

An abandoned temple once served as a rite of passage, where a bound gargoyle tested young warriors before killing them in the final chamber. After the tribe was destroyed and forgotten, the gargoyle continued following its ancient instructions, attacking anyone who reached the temple’s end. Decades without proper nourishment have driven it mad, while its magic has made it stronger and faster than a normal gargoyle. This adventure location can be added to a campaign as a side quest, with a temple map and encounters centered on exploring its rooms and confronting the corrupted guardian.
