Mythic Rome

A historical roleplaying setting covering the rise and fall of the Roman Republic, from Rome’s founding and the overthrow of the seven kings to the Punic Wars, Spartacus’ revolt, and the civil war between Caesar and Pompey. Players take on Roman careers and navigate political standing, warfare, chariot racing, and everyday life in a society shaped by crime, superstition, and treachery. The rules include weapons, armor, combat styles, Roman legions and their enemies, along with supernatural creatures and magic systems reflecting Roman beliefs.
