Pack-Rat

Players take on the role of a cunning rat mutated into humanoid form, operating in the shadows of a modern city. The character steals discarded technology and recruits unwanted people, turning both to practical advantage with the help of the “Rats in the Walls,” a network that knows the city’s hidden places.
