Pact of Blood

This character option focuses on warlocks who forge pacts with entities that feed on blood and violence. Its powers call these beings to exploit enemies’ wounds, strengthen the warlock’s magic, and manipulate the blood of living creatures. The supplement includes powers from levels 1 through 30, four exclusive feats, a paragon path, and four magic items.
