Penal Reform

Earth and Mars remain locked in an uneasy truce after a devastating war. Under its terms, prisoners are held in enemy-run internment camps rather than executed, and the player characters find themselves confined in one maintained by the Martians. This science-fiction roleplaying adventure centers on uncovering the camp’s hidden technology and dealing with the schemes of its masters. Conversion guidance is included for several common game systems, including 2–12, 1–20, PbtA, and percentile-based rules.
