Players take the role of pirate captains planning adventures across the seven seas and resolving them with dice rolls. Between voyages, captains upgrade their ship and improve their dice hand to increase chances of securing doubloons and diamonds. Cards provide extra actions or sea protections to help return home safely, while sea hazards such as the Kraken create risk during expeditions. On other players’ turns, captains may wait in the tavern and place bids with fellow players on whether the active player’s run will succeed or fail, influencing end results and rewards.
