Power Grid: Supply Contract

A promotional card that alters player turn order. When purchased, it immediately moves its owner one step back in the player order and continues to move that player one step back each round after turn order is set. The card is shuffled into the power plant draw pile and affects timing and planning; players may need sufficient cash or strategy when it appears.
