Power Surges

This issue of a 4e fantasy roleplaying magazine expands character options, adventures, monsters, and campaign tools. It introduces surge feats for enhancing and redirecting arcane, divine, and martial powers, along with the half-giant race, a large player character designed to occupy four squares and control the battlefield.
