Revive: Call of the Abyss

An expansion that adds a mysterious lake-dwelling life form and new strategic elements to the base game. Players build near newly formed lakes to gain devotion, which allows access to a set of Scyphoz cards that grant special effects. A new switch action can initiate journeys, sending citizens on missions to earn additional devotion and rewards. Contents include Scyphoz cards, journey cards, lake tiles, a devotion track, machine tokens, slot modules, new citizen cards, and four new tribe boards. Each tribe introduces unique rules and mechanics—mode switching, gadget-based switch boosts, placeable gates that alter board access, and a parasitic playstyle that leeches opponents’ assets.
