A light-hearted, anime-influenced setting for Mutants & Masterminds 3rd Edition, where exotic kaiju emerge from cosmic rifts to battle superheroes. The book includes 31 ready-to-play heroes, two kaiju, six campaign concepts, and 13 adventure seeds, along with printer-friendly character sheets and Hero Lab files. The cast includes unusual heroes such as a wheelchair-using speedster, a couple sharing one body, a boy with a battleship, secret agents, an alien farmer, and a hero who controls biological waste.
