Risk (Revised Edition)

A global strategy game of area control and conquest with updated components and revised rules. Players recruit armies, place reinforcements, and resolve battles to capture territories, cities, and capitals while pursuing major and minor objectives. Objectives grant rewards and influence strategic choices. Victory normally requires completing three objectives while holding a capital, shortening play to around 90 minutes; an optional World Conquest variant preserves the traditional last-player-standing campaign. Three rule sets—Basic Training, Command Room, and World Conquest—offer an introduction, a randomized-objective mode with rewards, and the classic full-conquest experience.
