Shadows of Brimstone: Perilous Expeditions

A narrative campaign expansion that sends heroes on extended expeditions across sea and wilderness, tracking resources, clues, and story progression between missions. Players move an expedition ship on a campaign map, reveal adventure locations, travel to OtherWorlds, and undertake tactical missions using double-sided ship and wilderness encounter boards. Combat on the ship requires moving around decks and protecting crew, while land engagements use terrain-specific layouts that can also represent a besieged camp. The campaign streamlines progression with gold and dark stone used to upgrade camp and ship, custom expedition dice for marching, sailing and navigation, and new enemy types, hazards, mission cards, plot twists and objectives that shape the unfolding story.
