Souvenirs from Venice

Players sail a gondola across a grid of face-down tiles to reveal and collect souvenir goods. Each turn a die determines movement, the gondola moves between rows, and players purchase or claim the tile they reach. Souvenirs appear in six types and score when a player gathers three of a kind; some tiles trigger interactions, such as a pigeon-feed seller that forces a trade with a neighbor. Revealed tiles become easier to access, but players must return to the airport before all tiles are flipped or they lose the game.
