A players’ handbook for a steampunk, alternative-history setting in 1894. An artificial utopian city has been transported from Earth into Limbo, a sunless realm governed by strange laws and inhabited by demons and other creatures. Its people survive beneath a mechanical Steam Sun while scientists, traders, officials, criminals, adventurers, and explorers pursue their own goals. The book details the city’s history, factions, politics, wastelands, and secret societies. It adds new Edges and Hindrances, pneumatic, steam, and technomagic equipment, invention rules, notable characters, and three Arcane Backgrounds for technomages, miracle workers, and dark mages. It requires the Savage Worlds core rules and supports characters from Novice to experienced adventurer.
