Titan Effect: The Role-playing Game

An espionage and science-fiction role-playing setting combining biopunk, spy thriller, and superhero elements. Players take the roles of trained operatives with psychic abilities, working for the clandestine SPEAR organization to investigate biological and psychic threats during a covert war involving secret societies, private military companies, criminal groups, and genetically enhanced soldiers. The setting includes new Edges, Hindrances, Powers, gear, weapons, setting rules, enemy organizations, NPCs, creatures, adventure hooks, and a mission generator. An Equipment Point System handles team preparation before missions. Play requires the Savage Worlds core rules and the Super Powers Companion (2nd edition).
