UNO Flex!

Players take turns matching a discard by color or number while using new Flex mechanics to change cards mid-play. Flex Cards let a player change a card’s color, and Flex Action cards allow an action to transform into a different action (for example, Skip can become Skip All, or Draw Two can become Every Player Draw One). A separate Power indicator determines whether a flex is permitted on a given play: a green symbol authorizes flexing, a red symbol forbids it. The round ends when a player plays their last card; an optional scoring variant totals opponents’ remaining cards toward a target score for multi-round play.
