The expansion includes Finnish soldiers, weapons, equipment, skills, hostile units, locations, missions, and objectives for use with the core game. The card set contains 56 cards, including 13 Finnish Soldier cards, 7 weapons, 3 equipment cards, 10 skills, and 23 Finnish Hostile cards divided between Elite and Frontline units.
